The company is run on a part-time basis – I usually work 2-4 hours a week. Therefore, order times and possible waiting lists vary, but I always inform you about what applies to your particular order/request directly when quoting.

PRINTED FABRICS & NECKERCHIEFS

The fabrics and neckerchiefs are from February 2025 printed by CottonBee in Poland. These are printed digitally with OEKO-TEX certified inks. I myself do not have any stock of printed products other than the triangular men's neckerchiefs - the rest is ordered from the printing company with delivery directly to the customer.
ELOBINA VS COTTONBEE

Before February 2025, all printed products were printed at Elobina in Sweden. I have now chosen to move production to CottonBee in Poland instead.

It's the same printing technology, but different machines. CottonBee offers a much higher resolution on the print itself and much deeper and sharper colors that match the originals better. The fabric itself is also of a slightly finer quality. Of course I think it's sad not to use a printing company that is based in Sweden, but in this case the appearance of the products comes first.
Where are the riding skirts?

I have stopped making physical skirts and have chosen to focus on custom pdf sewing patterns for them instead. So you can still get a skirt – but you sew it yourself! The patterns are beginner-friendly – all you really need is a printer and a sewing machine.

How do I order and what does the ordering process look like?

All products are purchased directly on the website with payment via Stripe (card, Google Pay or Apple Pay) or Paypal.

Fabrics & neckerchiefs:
After your order has been received, your products will be ordered from the printing house within 3 business days. After that, production takes about 3-8 days. The products are shipped directly from the printing house in Poland and takes about 3-5 business days. See exceptions below.

Men's triangular neckerchiefs:
These are shipped within 4 business days from Sweden as I always have some in stock. Exceptions are large orders of more than 4 men's neckerchiefs, in which case they are shipped from the printing house as above.

Digital products:
Digital products without customization can be downloaded immediately after purchase, both via the website and via a link in your order confirmation email.

Custom digital products are ordered in the same way, but the product itself is delivered to your email within 7 days.
What sizes can I order sewing patterns for?
Do you offer refunds/returns?

All printed products (except men's neckerchiefs) are printed directly to order for the customer and are non-refundable. Men's neckerchiefs can be returned within 14 days, provided that it is not a larger order and they were ordered directly from the printer like other products.

Digital products are non-refundable.
