Management of customer information

You can visit my website without registering any personal data. I may record access data without personal relation like the name of your internet service provider, the website you are visiting me from or the name of the requested file. This data is used exclusively to improve my services, and I cannot connect the data directly to you. This is done through WordPress cookies. Personal data is only recorded if you voluntarily register it during the inquiry/purchase process or when registering for a newsletter. Without any additional permission, I will use your data exclusively to complete and process your order. After completion and payment of an order, your data won’t be used any further and is deleted after valid expiration time as established in tax and trading laws unless you have agreed on further usage of your data. With a newsletter subscription, your e-mail address will be used for this purpose until you unsubscribe from the newsletter.

Forwarding of personal information

Relevant personal information may be passed on to transport companies or the like if this is necessary to deliver your goods. When you shop on Facebook/Instagram/Etsy or pay with Paypal/Swish, their privacy policy applies. KOMUDESIGNS Limited Partnership is not responsible for information that you have given to another company during the order process. Information is never disclosed to third parties by me.

DO NOT SELL - For California residents (ccpa law) - I or my company will never sell your information. This of course applies to everyone, regardless of country, but considering the CCPA law, I want to mention you verbatim.
