Validity
By making a purchase from KOMUDESIGNS Kommanditbolag, the following agreement between the customer (you), with a minimum age of 18, and the trader (KOMUDESIGNS Kommanditbolag) is legally binding until further notice. For other types of agreements, please contact us before completing your purchase.
ORDER FORM – When you send off an order form for digital sewing patterns or physical products, the form is binding. You will then receive a response email with payment details and delivery information.
Delivery
Digital goods are downloaded via the website or delivered by email. For physical goods, the estimated delivery time is on the product page. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed, as it is only a calculated estimate. Shipping costs may vary but are always stated in the order confirmation.
For unclaimed packages, you will be charged SEK 400 for incurred fees. To avoid this fee, always collect your order within the time your post office or parcel company gives you for collection. When your order is handed over to the shipping company, you will receive an email from me with any tracking numbers. All orders are traceable and insured, unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation.
Right of withdrawal
Digital goods and products manufactured according to the customer's specifications have no right of withdrawal. This includes reprints of fabrics and neckerchiefs because all products are produced for each individual customer by a third party - See Elobina's terms and conditions here. Orders for reprints of fabrics through them have no right of withdrawal or cancellation.
When ordering clothes or other items that are NOT tailored, you have a 14-day right of cancellation. You must notify KOMUDESIGNS Kommanditbolag no later than 14 days after receiving the product. You as the customer are responsible for return shipping and you are responsible for the product getting back to me. Lost returns are non-refundable, so choose a trackable/insured shipping option. Never send a return until you have received confirmation that it has been approved. Refunds are issued only for unused, undamaged products and cover only the cost of the product, not shipping. Companies do not have the right to return goods.
*By accepting this agreement, you agree that the right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of newly printed fabrics or goods that have any kind of personal touch.

Complaint
You have the right to advertise physical products for 3 years (within Sweden) and for 2 years (rest of the EU). The error must be reported as soon as possible or as soon as the error should have been discovered. Reporting defects in the product within two (2) months is always considered within a reasonable time. The trader must prove in the event that the defect was not original during the first six (6) months, after that it is the customer who must prove that the defect was there from the beginning or is due to a production defect. You must provide notice that the item is faulty and how it is faulty. I always have the right to prepare a product without having to justify this. KOMUDESIGNS limited partnership provides the customer with a return form and is responsible for shipping.
Tolerances
KOMUDESIGNS Kommanditbolag's tailored products are always sewn according to the measurements specified by the customer. Please note that in some cases visible marks may be left on the inside of the garment (at the seams) which usually disappear without additional treatment in the first wash. Garments made from fabric from different fabric rolls may differ slightly in color shade due to normal differences in the dyeing process. Fabric weights/texture/patterns in the case of natural materials always differ slightly, and some wools dry out and can stain. Wool can also have some small spots or fabric defects as this is a natural product. Wool will shrink if washed too hot. Fleece picks up after use, no matter how you take care of it. This does not affect the product. Wool also picks up to a certain extent. Some shrinkage can be expected when washing (applies to all materials). The buckles can break if they are subjected to unnecessary stress. If other problems arise, please contact me so we can find a solution together.
Conformity
Customized products shown are a visualization. The final product may differ slightly in construction and color. The color reproduction differs from screen to screen and therefore the images do not constitute an exact color reference but should be seen as a guide. To see and feel the fabric, I recommend ordering a fabric sample. Fabric samples are not sold/offered by me, but I can send a link to the company/fabric page upon request. Products that are not customized show an actual image of the product. Personal data
KOMUDESIGNS Kommanditbolag is the personal data controller for the processing of the personal data that you as a customer provide to me. Your personal data will be processed by KOMUDESIGNS Kommanditbolag to administer the customer relationship. Neither personal data nor e-mail address are disclosed to independent parties. License and Use of Digital Products
Your purchase of a Digital Product grants you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to download and access that Product for your own personal use.

Intellectual property rights
The products and all intellectual property rights and copyrights contained therein are and shall always be the sole and exclusive property of KOMUDESIGN. You agree that you will not – whether the Product has been modified or not – attempt to claim ownership of intellectual property rights or copyright in the Product.
Force majeure
In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, authority's decision, non-delivery from subcontractors, costly circumstances, as well as a comparable event beyond my control which could not reasonably have been foreseen and affects entered into agreements and commitments on the part of KOMUDESIGNS Kommanditbolag, which means that KOMUDESIGNS Kommanditbolag unable to keep the said agreement/declaration, shall form the basis for KOMUDESIGNS Kommanditbolag being released from its obligation to fulfill said agreement.
